⚜️ Sensory Games Physical Fitness Training Courses ⚜️ Good development of gross motor skills can enhance language and cognitive development. Mature gross motor development allows toddlers to have more diverse and high-quality learning opportunities, thereby improving overall abilities. Gross motor development is the most significant core ability in the early development of infants and is also the foundation for fine motor development. Parents can promote gross motor development through daily games and activities. Physical activities involving gross motor movements help cultivate children's habit of actively participating in physical activities and establish healthy physical fitness, lifestyle habits, and social skills, which are essential for their development and growth. Gross motor movements refer to whole-body physical activities. Children explore and learn about people and things around them through gross motor activities. From turning their heads as newborns to crawling, shifting objects, walking, and jumping as 1-2 year-olds, these are all essential life skills and important tools for personal development and establishing a foundation for learning. After the age of 3, children's gross motor development further progresses, such as jumping higher and farther, running faster and being more agile, performing more challenging balance movements (e.g., standing on one foot, climbing), and by the age of four, they can perform rhythmic movements and skills (such as dancing), as well as various manipulative skills (e.g., clapping, catching, throwing, and catching). In addition to equipping individuals with essential life skills, gross motor development also promotes children's learning abilities, physical health, and performance in sports. In terms of learning abilities, gross motor movements enhance the learning of movement concepts, such as concepts of time, direction, and space. In terms of health and physical performance, it improves cardiovascular function, flexibility, balance abilities, agility, coordination, strength, and speed development.
