用户名每 30 天内最多修改 2 次；放弃的旧用户名会保留一段冷却期，防止被抢注。
You can change your username up to twice within 30 days; a released username is held for a cool-down period so others can’t grab it immediately.
提示：设置好 @用户名 后，在分享弹窗里会优先用它生成更短、更好记的链接。
