Kampar Fish Ball Noodles
Originally from Chiu Chow and Fujian provinces, fishballs have been a popular dish in Southern China since the Qing dynasty. But it was Hong Kong which made them internationally famous. At first, fishballs in Hong Kong were served closer to the Chiu Chow style—white and boiled—to pair with noodle soup.
原产于潮州和福建省，鱼丸自清朝以来就成为中国南方地区的一道流行菜肴。但是香港使它们在国际上变得著名。起初，香港的鱼丸更接近潮州风格——白色且煮熟——用来搭配面条汤。
