A Christmas bread we have been trying to make for a few Christmases now. This year, it finally feels right, and we are happy to share with you. our Panettone Classico is leavened with sweet sourdough starter ‘Serene’ with an enriched dough made using organic eggs, French butter, flavoured with candied citrus peels, golden raisin and Madagascar vanilla. Soft, fragrant, and citrusy.
