云盘分享的六种方式：外链分享（可设有效期/密码/禁止下载）、指定账号分享、文件夹分享、聊天里直接发送，以及访问统计与随时撤销。
云盘不只是存文件，更能安全地分享与协作。以下六种方式可按需组合使用。分享都在文件或文件夹的「⋯」菜单里点「分享」开始。
The Drive isn’t just storage — it’s built for safe sharing and collaboration. Here are six ways to share; all start from “Share” in a file or folder’s “⋯” menu.
生成一条链接，选择有效期 1 / 7 / 30 天；访客免注册即可在线预览或下载。你可以随时撤销链接、查看访问次数。适合把资料发给客户或朋友。
Create a link with a 1 / 7 / 30-day expiry; guests preview or download without signing up. You can revoke the link anytime and see view counts. Great for sending files to clients or friends.
只分享给指定的 WeiCity 账号，长期有效。对方登录后可在「共享给我」里看到。适合团队内部长期协作。
Share only to specific WeiCity accounts, long-lived. Recipients find it under “Shared with me” after signing in. Ideal for ongoing team collaboration.
给文件夹设访问密码：分享该文件夹后，访客需先输入密码才能进入（在文件夹「⋯ → 设置密码」里设置）。
Set a password on a folder: after you share it, guests must enter the password to get in (set it via the folder’s “⋯ → Set password”).
开启后访客只能在线查看，无法下载原件:Office 与 PDF 走在线只读，图片 / 视频 / 音频走安全在线播放。适合分享样稿、合同、作品而不外流原文件。
When enabled, guests can view online but cannot download the original: Office and PDF open read-only, while images / video / audio stream securely. Perfect for sharing drafts, contracts or work without leaking the source file.
分享整个文件夹，访客像资源管理器一样浏览里面的文件。
Share a whole folder; guests browse the files inside with a file-explorer view.
在私信或群聊中，直接把云盘文件作为卡片发出去，对方点开即可查看。
In DMs or group chats, send a Drive file as a card — the other side opens it to view.
管理分享：在云盘的「共享中心」可查看「我的分享」与「共享给我」，随时撤销或调整。
Manage shares: the Drive’s sharing center shows “My shares” and “Shared with me” — revoke or adjust anytime.
